Workshops

Solea Cortex delivers community-based workshops and structured wellbeing programmes designed to support emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience under pressure.

In a fast-paced world shaped by uncertainty, many people struggle to make sense of their stress responses or feel equipped to manage overwhelm. Solea Cortex workshops create safe, practical spaces where individuals can better understand what is happening in their minds and bodies — and learn skills they can apply in everyday life.

Rather than focusing on diagnosis or labels, programmes prioritise understanding, safety, and capacity, supporting people to engage more fully with life, relationships, learning, and work.

Our Approach

All workshops and programmes are delivered using the CROWN Framework — a neuroscience-informed wellbeing model that supports individuals to understand stress responses and build sustainable regulation skills.

The CROWN Framework offers a consistent yet flexible structure, allowing programmes to be adapted for different ages, communities, and contexts. It combines accessible psychoeducation with reflective, creative, and practical elements, helping participants connect knowledge with lived experience.

This approach recognises that regulation is not about “pushing through” stress, but about restoring safety, self-efficacy, and balance over time.
