Understanding the brain. Strengthening resilience.
Neuroscience-informed emotional wellness.
Solea Cortex delivers neuroscience-informed wellbeing programmes and workshops that help young people, adults, and communities understand stress, regulate emotions, and build confidence in everyday life.
We work at the intersection of mental wellbeing, emotional regulation, and real-world pressure — supporting people to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-belief.
Work With Solea Cortex
Solea Cortex works in collaboration with community organisations, charities, and services supporting young people and adults.
If you are interested in workshops, programmes, or partnership opportunities, we welcome conversation.

Community and youth organisations
Employment and wellbeing support services
Our work is adaptable across community settings and designed to meet people where they are.
Our Approach: The CROWN Framework
All Solea Cortex workshops and programmes are delivered using the CROWN Framework — a neuroscience-informed wellbeing model that supports individuals to understand how stress affects the brain and nervous system, and how regulation can be rebuilt over time.
The CROWN Framework:
Makes complex psychology accessible
Focuses on safety, self-awareness, and capacity
Adapts across ages, communities, and settings
Rather than teaching people to “push through” stress, our approach supports regulation, confidence, and engagement in real-world contexts.
What We Do
Solea Cortex designs and delivers:
Community-based wellbeing workshops
Short, structured programmes
Group interventions focused on emotional regulation and confidence
Learning resources that translate neuroscience into practical tools
All work is trauma-informed, accessible, and focused on sustainable impact rather than quick fixes.
Why This Matters
Stress, pressure, and uncertainty impact how people think, feel, and perform — whether in learning, work, relationships, or daily life.
When individuals understand their stress responses and develop practical regulation skills, they are better equipped to:
manage anxiety and overwhelm
build confidence and self-efficacy
engage more fully with opportunities
navigate change and challenge
Solea Cortex exists to make this understanding accessible and usable.
Our Impact Focus
Our work supports:
Improved emotional regulation
Increased confidence and self-awareness
Stronger coping skills under pressure
Improved engagement and wellbeing
Impact is embedded into programme design and delivery.
